Zlado Enterprises LLP respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how to request that, and what happens when you do.
How to Request Deletion
Email office@zlado.in with the subject line “Data deletion request”, including:
- Your full name
- The phone number and/or email address you used with us
- If you contacted us through Facebook or Instagram, the profile name you used
We may ask one or two questions to confirm your identity before deleting anything — this protects you from someone else deleting your records.
What We Delete
On a verified request we delete:
- Your contact details (name, phone, email)
- Enquiry and lead records
- Messages exchanged with us via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or our website
- Documents you shared with us for your registration or coaching
- Notes and case records held about you
What We May Need to Keep
Some records must be retained for legal and accounting reasons, and cannot be deleted on request:
- Invoices, receipts and payment records, kept as required by Indian tax law
- Records we are required to hold by a regulator or by law
- Anonymised statistics that no longer identify you
Where we retain such records, we keep only what is necessary and continue to protect it.
Timeline
We acknowledge requests within 7 working days and complete verified deletions within 45 days. We will confirm in writing once done.
Data Received Through Facebook or Instagram
If you contacted us through our Facebook Page or Instagram account (@_zlado), any message content and profile information we stored is covered by this process. Deleting your data with us does not delete anything held by Meta — for that, use Facebook or Instagram’s own settings.
