Realistically, budget around 4 to 5 months end-to-end — a few months for the qualification recognition stage (Stage 1), then registration (Stage 2) once that’s approved. Well-prepared, complete applications move faster than incomplete ones.

CORU’s own fees are currently €410 for the Stage 1 recognition application and €100 for registration, paid directly to CORU. On top of that there’s your English test and document certification or translation costs. These are separate from Zlado’s fee.

Typically your passport, degree certificate, academic transcripts and marksheets, a Certificate of Current Professional Status if you’re already registered elsewhere, and an English test result where required. We guide you through getting each document into the format CORU accepts.

If CORU finds a gap between your qualification and Irish standards, they may ask for a period of supervised practice (an adaptation period) or an aptitude test rather than refusing your application outright.
